AM Resources Corp.

AM Resources Corp is a mining company engaged in the exploration of coal, hydrocarbons and gold mining sites located in Colombia. Its main project is the Mina Luz property, a 40-hectare coal-producing project southwest of Popayan and 150 km southwest of Cali in which it has an approx 80% interest. It also holds interests in the Rio Negro asphaltite and Mico gold projects. The company is also engaged in gold brokerage activities through its subsidiary, AM Resources Trading Corporation.
