Brompton North American Financials Dividend ETF

The Fund is designed to provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions, the opportunity for capital appreciation, and lower overall volatility of portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning securities of North American financial services companies directly. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in an actively managed portfolio consisting of securities of North American financial services companies with a market capitalization of at least 5 billion dollars at the time of investment. The Funds portfolio is selected by the Manager by giving consideration to applicable factors including, but not limited to, each financial services companys dividend growth potential, valuation, profitability, current dividend yield, balance sheet strength, and or liquidity of the equity securities and options.
