Brookfield Global Infrastructure Securities Income Fund

The investment objectives of the Fund are to (i) provide holders of Units (Unitholders) with quarterly cash distributions (ii) maximize total return for Unitholders through distributions and capital appreciation and (iii) preserve capital. The Investment Manager seeks to achieve the investment objectives of the Fund by investing primarily in equity securities of publicly traded global infrastructure companies. For the purposes of the Fund, an infrastructure company means any company that derives at least 50% of its revenue or profits from the ownership or operation of infrastructure assets which include physical structures, networks and systems for transportation, energy, water and sewage and communication.
