Channelchek is a product and service provided by Noble Financial Group, Inc (“Noble,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). Noble’s affiliates (“Noble Affiliate(s)”) include Noble Capital Markets, Inc., a SEC and FINRA registered broker dealer and Noble Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor (Noble and Noble Affiliates hereinafter referred to as “Noble Group”)
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from all sources including in connection with our websites and mobile sites (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), applications (“apps”), electronic newsletters and widgets (all such Sites, apps, newsletters and widgets being collectively referred to below as the “Services”) that link to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we gather from your use of this Site, how we use it, with whom we might share it, the means by which we keep it secure, and the choices you (“You”) have about the information You choose to share with us. It also describes generally our practices for handling other information (e.g., interests, demographics and services usage, etc.) collected through our Services. As described more fully below, we share information with Noble Affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. By using the Services or by providing personal information to us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
You may choose not to submit requested information online (see Other Information below), but that may limit the services we are able to provide to you.
Personal Information
“Personal Information” for purposes of this Privacy Policy is the information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person, such as name, email and physical address (including billing and shipping addresses), phone number, profile picture, user name/password and any additional employment-related information that You choose to provide.
Collecting Personal Information from You
The Personal Information we collect may be captured from a variety of sources: registration and voluntary submissions. For example, when you register for or subscribe to certain products or services; create a profile; participate in a contest or game; take a survey; visit our Channelchek Services; use any interactive features; participate in a community forum; or contact our customer service representatives.
Registration for our Services may require that you supply certain personal information, including a unique email address and demographic information (age, sex, household income, job industry) to register. Also, we may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where our service is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising.
You may register or enhance your profile by linking your social media accounts with Channelchek. By doing this, you are asking them to send us certain information from those social media accounts, and you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use what they send us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Social media registration features may collect your IP address, the page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our website.
The Channelchek Services are a network of general audience sites, and are not targeted to, and do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under 18 years of age. We request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through our Services.
Collecting Personal Information from Third Parties
We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties, such as social media services, commercially available sources, Noble Affiliates, business partners, and, if applicable to you, the third-party provider of your subscription. The Personal Information we receive from third parties may include, for example, your name, contact information, information about your transactions, purchase history, or relationships with various product and service providers, and your use of certain applications. For example, if you access Services through a social media service or connect the Services to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user name associated with that social media service, any information or content the social media service has the right to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends list, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. When you access the Services through social media services or when you connect the Services to social media services, you are authorizing Noble Group to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Other Information
“Other Information” is any information that does not reveal your specific identity, such as browser information, app usage data, information collected through cookies and other technologies, non-identifying demographic information, and aggregated information.
Collecting Other Information
We collect Other Information when you submit it to us. It may include your gender, zip code, birthday, education, occupation, financial information (such as your income, investments, portfolio transactions and value, and other information), and interests.
We offer you opportunities to engage in public activities (“Public Activities”) on Channelchek.com and other Channelchek Services. Public Activities are any actions you take on Channelchek.com that are designed to be visible to other Users, including comments, recommendations, reader reviews, ratings or any other items that you submit. Any information you disclose in your public activities, along with your screen name or ID, or any image or photo, becomes public and may be used by Noble for online and offline promotional or commercial uses in any and all media. If you choose to engage in Public Activities, you should be aware that any personal information you submit can be read, collected and used by other Users of these areas. We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in the course of your Public Activities and we have no responsibility to publish, take down, remove or edit any of your Public Activities or submissions.
Public activities may be included in our RSS feeds, APIs and other distribution formats. As a result, your Public Activities may appear on other websites, blogs, or feeds. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any personal information you choose to make public via your Public Activities, and you agree that such sharing will be deemed to have been done by you, not Noble or Noble Affiliates.
We may also receive Other Information about you from third parties, including, for example, demographic data, social media account number, information about your interests, and information about your activities on other websites.
Collecting Other Information Automatically

The Channelchek Services may also be linked to sites or apps operated by third parties, and may carry advertisements, functionality, games or applications developed and maintained by third parties, using iframes, tools, or plug-ins. These third-party services may use automated means to collect information about You and Your use of these features. Some of these third-party sites may be co-branded with a Channelchek or Noble logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us.
Noble Group is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties; once you leave our Services or click an advertisement, or sign up for a special offer, Noble Group highly recommends you check the applicable third-party privacy policy.
Protecting the Rights of Noble Group and Others
Noble Group may use your Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate in order to: protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of Noble, our Noble Affiliates or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of our products and services or members of the public; protect against fraud and other unlawful activity or risk management purposes; comply with the law or legal process, including laws outside your country of residence, contractual obligations, and our policies; or respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

There may be instances when Noble Group may disclose your Personal Information, including situations where we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to: protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of Noble, Noble Affiliates or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of our products and services or members of the public; protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; comply with the law or legal process, including laws outside your country of residence; or to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence.
Information Shared
Noble may share your Personal Information with Noble Affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for each company’s marketing purposes. Users who visit Noble Affiliates’ services should still refer to their separate privacy policies, which may differ in some respects from this Privacy Policy. Noble is the party responsible for the management of this jointly-used Personal Information.
Distributing Relevant Content
To make your experience more interesting and personalized and to improve the quality of our products and services by presenting content and products tailored to you, we may combine the Personal and Other Information we collect with information relating to your use of our other products, services and websites. We may collect and store details of how you use our services, including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevancy of results provided by our services. If you choose to use the collaboration tools, some of your Personal Information may be included in a directory that can be viewed and used by other users of these collaboration tools.
Delivering Appropriate Advertising
Noble Group and our service providers may use any of the information we collect from and about you to assist us in delivering relevant advertisements to you when you use our Services, or another service provided by Noble Affiliates, or unaffiliated third parties. We may use demographic and preference information to allow advertising on the Channelchek Service to be targeted to the users for whom they are most pertinent. This means You see advertising that is most likely to interest you, and advertisers send their messages to people who are most likely to be receptive, improving both the viewer’s experience and the effectiveness of the ads. Allowing Statistical Analysis, Demographic, And Marketing Analyses
Channelchek performs statistical, demographic and marketing analyses of users of our Services, and your subscribing and purchasing patterns, for product development purposes and to generally inform advertisers about the nature of our subscriber base.
Customizing Your Experience
Channelchek uses the information collected to customize certain features of our Services to provide you with an enhanced experience based on the type of device you are using to access our Services, and in certain cases, provide you with requested services.
Enabling Social Sharing
If you log in with or connect a social media service account with the Channelchek Services, you are authorizing us to share your user name, picture, and likes, as well as your activities and comments with other Channelchek Services users and with your friends associated with your social media service. We may also share the same information with the social media service provider. By logging in with or connecting your Channelchek Services account and your social media service, you are authorizing us to share information we collect from and about you with the social media service provider, other users and your friends, and you understand that the social media service’s use of the shared information will be governed by the social media service’s privacy policy. Noble and Noble Affiliates may periodically send promotional materials, surveys, market research, contest or promotional awards, or notifications related to our products and services. Third-Parties Assisting Us

Providing Co-Branded Services and Features

Information Made Public through Use of Our Services
Certain features on the Channelchek Services give you an opportunity to interact with us and others. These may include the collaboration tools, community forums, chats, submitting a letter to the editor, creating community profiles, and rating, tagging and commenting on articles. When you use these features, you should be aware that any information you submit, including your name, user name, location, email address, profile information, picture, likes, status, and comments, may be publicly available to anyone, including other users, search engines, advertisers, third-party application developers, and anyone else with access to the Channelchek Services. We are not responsible for any information you choose to submit and make public through these interactive features.
Choices Regarding Your Personal Information
We give you certain choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes.
You may opt-out from receiving electronic communications from us (including surveys or notifications) by changing your account settings through the appropriate link on the website account services page or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Please note that there are certain service notifications that you may not opt-out of, such as renewal notices and notifications of changes to Channelchek products and services or policies, as well as changes and edits to these terms of service.

Fubscribers can also update their Personal Information online by signing on to their accounts and visiting the appropriate account management sections of our websites.
Where you have provided your consent for our use of your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw your consent and we will apply your preferences going forward.

Corporate and School Subscriptions
If your subscription is provided in whole or in part by your employer or other third-party, we may notify the provider when you access or use your subscription. If you have a subscription associated with a professor or school, we may notify your professor or school to confirm your subscription, access or use. When providing these notices, we may reveal limited amounts of your Personal Information such as your name or email address.
Completing a Merger, Sale of Assets or Bankruptcy
