Colonial Coal International Corp is an exploration-stage company. Principally, it is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of coal properties located in Canada. Its projects include Flatbed project, Tuya river project, and Huguenot project. The Flatbed project is located in the Liard mining division, northeastern British Columbia. It consists of approximately eight coal licenses covering a total area of approximately 9,500 hectares. The Tuya river project is located in northwestern British Columbia with interest in over four coal licenses covering an area of approximately 950 hectares. Its Huguenot Project is located in the Liard mining division, northeastern British Columbia and has interest in more than 15 coal licenses covering an area of approximately 9,500 hectares.
