CI WisdomTree International Quality Dividend Growth Index ETF

The investment objective of the CI WisdomTree International Quality Dividend Growth Index ETF (the Fund) is to track, to the extent possible, the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree International Quality Dividend Growth Index CAD (the Benchmark or the Index), before fees and expenses. The investment strategy of the Fund is to invest in and hold a proportionate share of the constituent securities of the Index, or other securities, to track the price and yield performance of the Index. The Fund uses derivative instruments to hedge the foreign currency exposure of the securities attributable to the Hedged Units to the Canadian dollar. Any foreign currency exposure of the securities attributable to the Non-Hedged Units will not be hedged to the Canadian dollar.
