Dynamic Active U.S. Dividend ETF

The fund seeks to provide longterm capital growth by investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of U.S. based businesses that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active U.S. Dividend Fund theDynamic AUSD Fund andor by investing directly in them in securities of one or more Other Funds andor through the use of derivatives. The fund will invest primarily in equity securities of businesses based in the U.S. that have current or anticipated dividend policies which are believed to be an indicator of long-term growth potential. DXU may also (a) invest up to 100% of its assets in foreign securities and/or (b) hold cash and cash equivalents.
