Burney U.S. Factor Rotation ETF

Fund seeks capital appreciation. Fund invests under normal circumstances, at least 80 percent of the Fund’s net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in U.S. listed common stock. The Fund will invest its assets in common stocks of large, mid, and small-capitalization companies. Security selection is determined based on a proprietary model developed by The Burney Company, the sub-adviser to the Fund (the Sub-Adviser).
