Fidelity US Momentum Currency Neutral Index ETF seeks toreplicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees andexpenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada U.S. MomentumCurrency Neutral Index. This Fidelity ETF invests primarily in equitysecurities of large and mid-capitalization U.S. companies that exhibitpositive momentum signals and uses derivatives to try to minimize the exposure of currency fluctuations between the U.S. and Canadian dollars. The fund seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada U.S. Momentum Currency Neutral Index. This Fidelity ETF invests primarily in equity securities of large and mid-capitalization U.S. companies that exhibit positive momentum signals and uses derivatives to try to minimize the exposure of currency fluctuations between the U.S. and Canadian dollars.
