Fidelity International High Dividend ETF

Fidelity International High Dividend Index ETF (Fund) seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada International High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund invests primarily in dividend paying equity securities of foreign companies that have their principal business activities or interests outside of Canada or the U.S. In order to achieve its investment objective, Fidelity International High Dividend Index ETF normally invests its assets in the constituent securities of the Fidelity Canada International High Dividend Index.
