Franklin International Multifactor Index ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of LibertyQ International Equity Index NR, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in equity securities of issuers located in developed markets, excluding the United States and Canada. It invests primarily in equity securities of issuers located in developed markets, excluding the United States and Canada. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund employs a passive or indexing investment approach designed to track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index.
