The Global X Nasdaq 100 Covered Call & Growth ETF(Fund) seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cboe Nasdaq 100 Half BuyWrite V2 Index(Underlying Index) The Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the Underlying Index. The Fund’s 80% investment policy is non-fundamental and requires 60 days prior written notice to shareholders before it can be changed.
