Horizons Emerging Markets Equity Index ETF

The investment objective of HEMC is to seek long term capital growth. The Fund investing in equity securities of issuers that are in emerging markets; or ii tied economically to emerging markets, provided that the issuers in which Horizons HEMC invests are expected to be beneficiaries of the increasing consumption and growing purchasing power of individuals in the worlds emerging markets. To achieve its investment objective, HEMCs sub-advisor, Mirae Asset Global Investments (USA) LLC Mirae Asset USA or, the Sub Advisor, will invest a minimum of 80% of HEMCs net asset value in equity securities of issuers that are: i in emerging markets; or ii tied economically to emerging markets, provided that the issuers in which HEMC invests are expected to be beneficiaries of the increasing consumption and growing purchasing power of individuals in the worlds emerging markets.
