It has three operating segments: Professional Diversity Network (PDN) segment which includes online professional networking communities with career resources for diverse cultural groups and employers looking to hire members; National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) segment is a women-only professional networking organization; and China operations that focuses on providing products and services which assist women, students and business professionals in personal and professional development. The company’s majority of the revenue is derived from the NAPW network segment.
