iShares ESG Growth ETF Portfolio

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. To achieve its investment objective the Fund investing primarily in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate iShares ETFs that provide exposure to equity and or fixed income securities. The iShares ETFs in which the Fund invests generally employ environmental, social and governance ESG oriented investment strategies or primarily invest in government bonds. The Fund will be managed in accordance with a long term strategic asset allocation of approximately 80 Percentage equity exposure and approximately 20 Percenatage fixed income exposure. The Fund may employ a currency hedging strategy that seeks to hedge some or substantially all of its exposure to US dollars or other foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar, in the discretion of BlackRock Canada and/or its sub-advisor.
