Lysander-Canso Floating Rate ActivETF

The ETF seeks to provide total returns consisting principally of interest income. The fund investing primarily in floating rate and other short term debt securities of Canadian and foreign issuers. In order to achieve its investment objective, Lysander-Canso Floating Rate ActivETF invests primarily in floating rate and other short term debt securities of Canadian and foreign issuers. Investments are not constrained by credit ratings except that, at time of purchase, at least 75% of the market value of Lysander-Canso Floating Rate ActivETF will be comprised of securities rated BBB or higher (`investment grade) (or their equivalent in the opinion of the portfolio manager).
