The Evolve Metaverse ETF’s (the Fund) investment objective is to provide unitholders with long-term capital appreciation. Fund actively investing in a diversified mix of publicly traded equity securities of issuers from North America, as well as other developed markets from around the world, that are considered by the Manager (as defined herein) to be involved in the development of the Metaverse.
