PIMCO Investment Grade Credit Fund (Canada)

The investment objective of the Fund is to maximize current income consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management. It invests primarily in nonCanadian dollar high quality corporate bonds diversified broadly across industries issuers and regions. Any change to the fundamental investment objectives must be approved by a majority of votes cast at a meeting of unitholders called for that purpose. This Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of investment grade corporate fixed income securities of varying maturities.
