TD Active Global Income ETF

The investment objective of TD Active Global Income ETF (the Fund) is to seek to earn income while preserving capita Fund investing primarily in, or gaining exposure to, government and corporate debt securities of issuers located anywhere in the world. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund employs fundamental economic analysis of each country, currency fundamentals and interest rate anticipation that is based on global macroeconomic trends and the impact these trends have on fiscal and monetary policies of the respective countries. The Fund may invest in global (including emerging markets) debt securities, including investment-grade and non-investment-grade (high-yield) corporate debt obligations, and other evidences of indebtedness (including investments in loans). The Fund may also invest in other exchange-traded funds to gain the desired debt exposure and seeks to hedge substantially all foreign currency exposure back to Canadian dollars.
