TD Canadian Equity Index ETF

The investment objective of TD Canadian Equity Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a broad Canadian equity market index that measures the investment return of publicly traded securities in the Canadian market. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund currently invests in and holds a proportionate share of securities included in the Solactive Canada Broad Market Index (CA NTR). The Fund may also invest in other securities including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, American Depositary Receipts or derivative instruments, to obtain exposure to such securities in a manner that is consistent with the investment objective of the Fund.
