TD Global Technology Leaders Index ETF

The investment objective of TD Global Technology Leaders Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a global equity index which measures the investment return of global mid- and large-capitalization issuers related to technology. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund currently invests in and holds a proportionate share of securities included in the Solactive Global Technology Leaders Index CA NTR. The Fund may also invest in other exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, ADRs or derivative instruments.
