TD Income Builder ETF

The investment objective of TD Income Builder ETF (the Fund) is to seek to earn income by investing primarily in, or gaining exposure primarily to, government and corporate debt securities of issuers anywhere in the world. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund obtains exposure in one or more of the following ways, and in any combination: by investing in units of one or more exchangetraded funds, including exchange-traded funds managed by TD Asset Management; by investing directly in income-producing securities; and/or through the use of derivatives that provide the desired exposure. The Fund may also hold a significant portion of its assets in cash-equivalent instruments.
