TD Morningstar ESG Canada Equity Index ETF

The investment objective of TD Morningstar ESG Canada Equity Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a Canadian equity market index which measures the investment return of Canadian large- and mid-capitalization issuers that exhibit higher environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings relative to their peers. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund may invest in and hold a proportionate share or a sampling of the securities included in the Morningstar Canada Sustainability Extended IndexSM. The Fund may also invest in other securities including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, American Depositary Receipts or derivative instruments, to obtain exposure to such securities in a manner that is consistent with the investment objective of the Fund.
