TD Morningstar ESG International Equity Index ETF

The investment objective of TD Morningstar ESG International Equity Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of an international equity market index which measures the investment return of large- and mid-capitalization issuers in developed markets located outside of North America, that exhibit higher environmental, social and governance (ESG) ratings relative to their peers. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund may invest in and hold a proportionate share or a sampling of the securities included in the Morningstar Developed Markets ex-North America Sustainability Extended Index. The Fund may also invest in other securities including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, American Depositary Receipts or derivative instruments, to obtain exposure to such securities in a manner that is consistent with the investment objective of the Fund.
