TD Morningstar ESG U.S. Equity Index ETF

TD Morningstar ESG U.S. Equity Index ETF seeks to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a U.S. equity market index which measures the investment return of U.S. large- and mid- capitalization issuers that exhibit higher ESG ratings relative to their peers. Currently, this TD ETF seeks to track the Morningstar US Sustainability Extended IndexSM (or any successor thereto). The Morningstar US Sustainability Extended IndexSM achieves a high Morningstar Sustainability Rating by providing exposure to equities that have low ESG risk ratings, while targeting 67% coverage by float market capitalization of the large- and mid-capitalization socialism stocks of the parent market index,the Morningstar US Market Index. To assess company ESG risk, Morningstar uses the Security ESG Risk Rating scores from Sustainalytics.
