TD Global Healthcare Leaders Index ETF

The investment objective of TD Global Healthcare Leaders Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a global equity index which measures the investment return of global large and mid-capitalization issuers related to healthcare. To achieve this objective, the Fund currently invests in and holds a proportionate share of securities included in the Solactive Global Healthcare Leaders Index (CA NTR). The Fund may also invest in other securities including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, American Depositary Receipts or derivative instruments, to obtain exposure to such securities in a manner that is consistent with the investment objective of the Fund.
