Horizons Global BBIG Technology ETF

The ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the Solactive Global BBIG Index, net of expenses. To achieve BBIGs investment objective, BBIG generally invests and holds equity securities of the Constituent Issuers in substantially the same proportion as the Solactive Global BBIG Index, the current Underlying Index. BBIG may also invest in ADRs or GDRs representing equity securities of Constituent Issuers of the Underlying Index. To the extent permitted, BBIG will generally be fully invested in or exposed to the Underlying Index at all times.
