BMO Global High Dividend Covered Call ETF

The ETF seeks to provide exposure to the performance of a portfolio of dividend paying global companies to generate income and to provide long-term capital appreciation, while mitigating downside risk through the use of covered call options. The ETF will primarily invest in and hold dividend paying equity securities of global companies, which are selected using a rules based methodology that considers dividend growth, yield, and payout ratio. The securities will also be subject to a screening process to ensure sufficient liquidity. The Manager announced that the ETFs investment strategy uses what the Manager defines as a responsible investment approach, which incorporates environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis into the Managers investment decision-making process and seeks to generate sustainable value for investors, shareholders, other company stakeholders and society as a whole.
