BMO US Dividend Hedged to CAD ETF

The ETF seeks to provide exposure to a yield weighted portfolio of U.S. dividend paying stocks. The selected companies will have the potential for long-term capital appreciation. The ETF will invest in or use derivative instruments to seek to hedge U.S. currency exposure. The ETF will primarily invest in and hold dividend paying equity securities of U.S. companies. Currently, the ETF primarily invests in BMO US Dividend ETF and uses derivative instruments to hedge back to the Canadian dollar. Securities held by BMO US Dividend ETF will be selected using a rules based methodology that considers dividend growth, yield and payout ratio. Securities will also be subject to a screening process to ensure sufficient liquidity.
