Dynamic Active U.S. Mid-Cap ETF

DXZ seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in equity securities of U.S.-based companies with mid-capitalization. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active U.S. Mid-Cap Fund. To achieve its objective, DXZ will primarily invest in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies (i.e., companies with market capitalization between US$2 billion and US$12 billion) based in the U.S., including dividend or distribution paying businesses. DXZ may also (a) invest at least 90% of its assets in U.S. securities and up to 10% of its assets in other foreign securities of mid-capitalization companies, and/or (b) hold cash and cash equivalents. DXZs investment exposure may be obtained through direct investment in the securities.
