The Strive 2000 ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of an index composed of U.S. small- and mid-capitalization companies The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg US 2000 Index, which measures the performance of the small- and mid-capitalization sectors of the U.S. equity market as determined by Bloomberg. The Index includes small- and mid-capitalization companies. The Index is a free float-adjusted capitalization-weighted index comprised primarily of U.S. equity securities. The Index is a subset of the Bloomberg US 3000 Index, which measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. The Index is constructed by starting with the constituents of the Bloomberg US 3000 Index and then excluding all – 14 – securities that are part of the Bloomberg US 1000 Index. The Bloomberg US 1000 Index measures the performance of the mid- and large-capitalization sectors of the U.S. equity market.
