ERShares NextGen Entrepreneurs ETF

The investment seeks investment results that correspond before fees and expenses generally to the performance of its underlying index the Entrepreneur NonUS Small Cap Index. Under normal circumstances the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies included in the Entrepreneur NonUS Small Cap Index. The Entrepreneur NonUS Small Cap Index is constructed using a rulesbased methodology that purchases equity securities of nonU.S. companies with a market capitalization between 300 million and 5 billion USD. The fund is nondiversified. The index comprises 50 non-U.S. companies from around the world with market capitalizations between $300 million and $5 billion USD, that have the highest rank based on the six investment style factors discussed below.
