Fidelity Canadian Low Volatility ETF

Fidelity Canadian Low Volatility Index ETF (Fund) seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada Canadian Low Volatility Index (Index). The Fund invests primarily in equity securities of large- and mid-capitalization Canadian companies that exhibit lower volatility than the broader Canadian equity market. In order to achieve its investment objective, Fidelity Canadian Low Volatility Index ETF normally invests its assets in the Constituent Securities of the Fidelity Canada Canadian Low Volatility Index.
