Fidelity International Momentum ETF FCIM

Fidelity International Momentum Index ETF (Fund) seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada International Momentum Index (Index). The Fund invests primarily in equity securities of large and mid capitalization foreign companies that have their principal business activities or interests outside of Canada or the U.S. and that exhibit positive momentum signals. In order to achieve its investment objective, Fidelity International Momentum Index ETF normally invests its assets in the Constituent Securities of the Fidelity Canada International Momentum Index, including in American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) representing Constituent Securities of the Index.
