iShares ESG Conservative Balanced ETF Portfolio

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide income and long term capital growth The Fund investing primarily in one or more exchange traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate iShares ETFs that provide exposure to fixed income and or equity securities. The iShares ETFs in which the Fund invests generally employ environmental, social and governance ESG oriented investment strategies or primarily invest in government bonds. The Fund will be managed in accordance with a long-term strategic asset allocation of approximately 40 Percentage equity exposure and approximately 60% fixed income exposure. The Fund may employ a currency hedging strategy that seeks to hedge some or substantially all of its exposure to U.S. dollars or other foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar, in the discretion of BlackRock Canada and/or its sub-advisor.
