iShares ESG Equity ETF Portfolio

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long-term capital growth. The Fund investing primarily in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate iShares ETFs that provide exposure to equity securities. The iShares ETFs in which the Fund invests generally employ environmental, social and governance ESG oriented investment strategies. The Fund will be managed in accordance with a long term strategic asset allocation of approximately 100 percentage equity exposure. The Fund may employ a currency hedging strategy that seeks to hedge some or substantially all of its exposure to US dollars or other foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar, in the discretion of BlackRock Canada and/or its sub-advisor.
