Property revenues include rental revenue from income-producing properties. In addition it is also engaged in the procurement and sale of building materials within urban centers and high-growth emerging markets in Canada. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in two distinct operating segments: property investment and the sale of building materials. The majority of revenue is earned from the Property investment segment.
