Monroe Capital Corp is an externally managed, closed-end specialty finance company engaged in providing financing services to lower middle-market companies in the United States. It offers customized financing solutions through senior secured, junior secured and unitranche debt and, to a lesser extent, subordinated debt, and equity, including equity co-investments in preferred and common stock and warrants. Its investment objective is to maximize the total return to stockholders in the form of current income and capital appreciation through its investments.
