TD Active Global Real Estate Equity ETF

The investment objective of TD Active Global Real Estate Equity ETF (the Fund) is to seek to provide regular income and achieve long-term capital appreciation Fund investing in, or gaining exposure to, real estate related companies located anywhere in the world. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of globally available real estate investments trusts, equity securities of companies that invest or operate in the real estate sector and/or other real estate related securities. The Fund focuses on companies believed to be able to sustain superior growth, with stable fundamentals, quality management and financial strength.
