TD International Equity CAD Hedged Index ETF

The investment objective of TD International Equity CAD Hedged Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of an international equity markets index that measures the investment return of mid- and large-capitalization issuers in the European, Asian and Far East regions, excluding South Korea, hedged to the Canadian dollar. In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund currently invests in and holds a proportionate share of securities included in the Solactive GBS Developed Markets ex North America Large & Mid Cap Hedged to CAD Index (CA NTR). The Fund may also invest in other investment funds, exchange-traded funds including those managed by TD Asset Management Inc. or other securities to obtain exposure to such securities.
