TD U.S. Equity CAD Hedged Index ETF

The investment objective of TD U.S. Equity CAD Hedged Index ETF (the Fund) is to seek to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a broad U.S. equity market index that measures the investment return of large-capitalization U.S. stocks, hedged to the Canadian dollar In seeking to achieve this objective, the Fund currently invests in and holds a proportionate share of securities included in the Solactive US Large Cap Hedged to CAD Index (CA NTR). The Fund may also invest in units of other TD Exchange-Traded Funds, and/or other securities including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds or other public investment funds, American Depositary Receipts or derivative instruments, to obtain exposure to such securities in a manner that is consistent with the investment objective of the Fund.
