Through its subsidiaries, the operating segments of the company are Contract Drilling Services, Rentals and Transportation Services, Compression and Process Service, Well servicing and Corporate. The company’s operations are conducted within Canada, the U.S. and Australia. It derives a majority of the revenue from the Compression and Process Services segment in which the company fabricates a full range of natural gas compression equipment as well as select oil and natural gas process equipment.
