BMO Short-Term Discount Bond ETF

The ETF seeks to provide exposure to the performance of a portfolio of fixed income securities and generate income, primarily by investing in investment-grade Canadian corporate fixed income securities with a remaining effective term to maturity between one and five years that trade near or below par value. The ETF will primarily invest in a variety of investment-grade corporate, Government of Canada, provincial and municipal bonds with a remaining term to maturity between one and five years that are issued in Canada. The selected fixed income securities will primarily trade near or below par value. The ETF will maintain a portfolio weight in government fixed income securities in excess of 30 Percentage.
